Trousers charted the grazing and mating habits of 2 South London white male Caucasians who hung out around Clapham Common. It appeared in City Limits, London's other listing magazine. A collection was published in a book called Trousers Has Landed. Jim had a flat over looking the Common and Peter had an office nearby. They met in a café. Many people asked whether the strip was based on Peter and Jim's own life, to which Jim said "No Comment", Peter called his lawyer.
